DESCRIPTION: The intent of this RFI is to solicit
information, determine the level of market interest and promote competition
while affording firms the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to the
Region in an informal and non-binding setting regarding the viability of
utilizing a single platform that will support York Region in providing
