MEETING: A Non mandatory Bidders’ Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 24, 2022 commencing at 11:00 am at 37 North Street, Sutton ON L0E 1R0 Each representative must complete the following online screening form http://york.ca/contractorscreening prior to the site visit. Visitors will be asked to show proof of your COVID-19 screening form and business identification to site staff in order to enter the site. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $40,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
