ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website , HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK This RFP is to invite the consultant to conduct an alternative fuel and propulsion technology study (the “Study”) that incorporates the Region’s commitment to operate an entire fleet that produces “Zero Emissions” by 2051 as further set out in Appendix A - RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”). Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
