The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PRE-QUALIFIED PROPONENTS: The following is a list of pre-qualified proponents that have been approved to bid on this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) under Request for Pre-Qualification No. PQ-20-152 and PQ-20-273:
Proponents intending to submit a Proposal must be one of the pre-qualified proponents listed above. Any Proposals received from Proponents not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide the Services with respect to the Project as described in Schedule A– Scope of Work. MEETING: A virtual Bidders Meeting has been scheduled for January 6th, 2022 at 10:00 am. Please contact Susan.hope@york.ca to obtain the meeting link. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
