Brief Description: This RFPQ is open to all stream restoration
contractors who wish to be pre-qualified to undertake the Stream Restoration
Works required to be completed as part of major capital road construction
projects that will be tendered in 2019, 2020 and 2021 either pursuant to a
Contract with the Region or a Subcontract with a General Contractor.
