Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to establish a list of prequalified general consultants for engineering services to provide detailed design for Highway 27 (Y.R. 27) from Major Mackenzie Drive (Y.R. 25) to 770 m north of Nashville Road, in the City of Vaughan.
