On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from GHD Limited for Contract No. RFPC-1341-23 for Detailed Design, Contract Administration, and Inspection Services for Kennedy Road (Y.R. 3) from Major Mackenzie Drive to 800m north of Elgin Mills Road has been accepted in the amount of $5,156,601.00, excluding HST, for a contract term of four (4) years.
