BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC), Window and Door Replacement at Heritage East Apartments, located at 349 and 351 Crowder Boulevard, Newmarket, Ontario For details regarding the bidders’ meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $250,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
