The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This purpose of this RFSQ is to establish a roster of qualified consultants who can provide the consulting services described in RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables") For complete bid details, refer to the RFSQ documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (S): Respondents must comply with all mandatory technical requirements outlined in the RFSQ, Appendix A, section D. Mandatory Technical Requirements. Responses that do not comply with all mandatory technical requirements will be rejected as non-compliant for failure to meet a Mandatory Technical Requirement. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFSQ should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
