BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: A general and not necessarily complete or exact description of the work is as follows: The Work includes, but is not limited to, Culvert Replacement Elgin Mills Road East (Y.R. 49), 650 m east of Bayview Avenue (Y.R. 34) in the City of Richmond Hill. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-879-22 - • Amico Infrastructures Inc. Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any bids received from bidders who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $250,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
