The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. DESCRIPTION: The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) intends to procure the deliverables described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The Deliverables include, as a component : The Water Resources group of the Regional Municipality of York (The Region) is undertaking a groundwater resource evaluation in the Community of Nobleton to assist in determining the preferred solution that will provide York Region with water supply redundancy, improved water quality (with respect to iron and manganese) and provide adequate supply capacity. This Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Region to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to:
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
