BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -  The Region is inviting Bids from the prequalified bidders for the the Nobleton Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). 

MEETING: A non-mandatory Bidder's site meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 commencing at 9:30 a.m.. at 66 Janet Avenue, King City, ON L7B 1K4. All bidders must wear personal protective equipment by way of hard hat, safety vest and safety shoes. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • DEPOSIT:  All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F.
  • CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
