The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) is inviting prospective proponents to submit proposals for implementation, including subscription, licensing, hosting, administration, maintenance and periodic upgrades of data catalogue and data quality software and related services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Refer to Required Capability Matrix Compliance Checklist (“CMCC”) in the Bidding Website for mandatory requirements related to the Deliverables. INITIAL CONTRACT TERM: Three (3) years. Reference Appendix A - RFP Particulars for information regarding renewal terms. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.
