July 17, 2023 Re: Cancellation of Bid No. RFT-873-22 Mat Rental Services at Various York Region Locations On behalf of the Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise you that the bid for RFT-873-22 has been cancelled. The Region will be reissuing the Tender for Mat Rental Services under the same terms and conditions. All bid takers will be advised when the new Tender is released. HARD COPY BID SUBMISISONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The scope of the Work includes but is not limited to, , the rental services and supply of twelve (12) different sizes of commercial floor mats for various York Regional facilities. This includes the exchange of rented floor mats once per week, every two weeks or monthly as applicable. All soiled floor mats shall be picked up by the Contractor, laundered and cleaned mats delivered and placed by the Contractor’s delivery driver or service representative at the locations within the facilities listed in the RFT. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of $20,000.00 .
