BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of a culvert (15-24 C0100) under Wellington Street West (Y.R. 15), 100 m east of Bathurst Street (Y.R. 38) in the Town of Aurora, as further described in Appendix C – Form of Contract.
