The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to supply, delivery and installation of kitchen appliances (refrigerators and stoves) at Orchard Heights Place, including 55 Orchard Heights Blvd. and 57 Orchard Heights Blvd, in the Town of Aurora and at Evergreen Terrace, 75 Dunlop Street in the City of Richmond Hill. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Canadian Appliance Recycling Enterprises Inc. for Contract No. RFT-1763-24 for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Kitchen Appliances at Orchard Heights Place, Aurora and Evergreen Terrace, Richmond Hill, has been accepted in the amount of $109,464.00, excluding HST. (Term of Contract: To be completed by November 29, 2024)
