Brief Description: The objective or purpose of this Project is to
solicit submissions from architectural firms and engineering teams to provide
architectural and engineering services including the design development,
preparation of contract documents, assisting during the tender period, contract
administration and assisting during commissioning and warranty periods for the
completion of the renovation project. Proponents are invited to attend an Information Meeting to be held on July 24, 2019 commencing at 10:00 AM at the York Region Administrative Center located at 17250 Yonge Street in Newmarket. All proponents are to meet behind elevator one on the ground floor. Attendance at the Information Meeting is recommended but is not mandatory. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the proposal received from G. Bruce Stratton Architects for Contract No. P-19-112 for the provision of Architectural and Engineering Services for Renovation Project at the York Region Administrative Centre in the Town of Newmarket has been accepted in the amount of $140,000.00, excluding HST. The services are expected to be completed by end of April 2021.
