HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK The Regional Municipality of York is requesting proposals from specialized underwater inspection firms to complete inspections and cleaning of intake structures and inspection of intake pipes and outfall pipes for the Region’s two (2) Surface Water Treatment Plants, the Georgina Water Treatment Plant and the Keswick Water Treatment Plant, on Lake Simcoe for a three (3) year period. The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this RFP. Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
