BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Major Mackenzie Drive Culvert Rehabilitation, 860 m east of Bayview Avenue. Further details described in Section A of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-879-22:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $250,000.00( Two hundred Fifty thousand) in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
