The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. PQ-21-43 :
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Contractor shall perform various landscape maintenance and watering activities on Highway 7, Dufferin Street, Centre Street and Bathurst Street in the City of Vaughan. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. MEETING: A virtual Bidders Meeting for all potential Bidders will be held on January 6, 2022 , starting at 1:30 pm. Please confirm your attendance to susan.hope@york.ca and the link to the meeting will be provided at that time. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify information in the Bid Documents and to address questions regarding the Request for Tender as well as the electronic submission requirements. All questions and responses will be recorded through formal minutes of the meeting and will be issued in an addendum.
