The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC RESPONSES submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Information. HARD COPY RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The intent of this RFI is to better understand the functionality that is available in the market, solicit information and determine the level of market interest while affording companies the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to YorkNet in an informal and non-binding setting on a fibre network asset management software solution. This information may, in the future, be used by YorkNet to assess the viability of a fibre network asset management software solution and to inform YorkNet’s subsequent anticipated future procurement. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFI shall be submitted to the Region through the Bids & Tenders website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
