BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -  The Work includes the supply and delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables for The Regional Municipality of York’s (the “Region”) two Long-Term Care homes, Newmarket Health Centre and Maple Health Centre for a term of one year.

The locations of the two Homes are:

Newmarket Health Centre (NHC) - 94 Eagle Street  10424 Keele Street, Newmarket, ON  L3Y 1J6

Maple Health Centre (MHC) - 10424 Keele Street, Maple, ON  L6A 2L1
