Description: 

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. 


BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The Region is inviting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide design and construction services for the retrofit of the central heating management system (CHMS) and central domestic hot water management system (CDWMS) for mutiple housing York Inc. Housing Facilties. 

The Work includes, but is not limited to: a turn-key and energy performance guarantee project that involves the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Central Heating Management System (“CHMS”) and Central Domestic Hot Water Management  System (“CDHWMS”) in the following HYI Facilities in 2021:
•    The Richmond Hill Hub (10415 Yonge St., City of Richmond Hill);
•    Blue Willow Terrace (133 Fieldstone Drive, City of Vaughan);
•    Kingview Court (90 Dew St., King City); and
•    Hadley Grange (16105 Yonge Street, Town of Aurora).

Bidders are advised that a pre-tender submission meeting will be held on March 17 and 18, 2021.  The timetable and address information are as follows:

March 17:
•    9:30am: Blue Willow
•    1:30pm: Kingview Court
March 18
•    9:30pm: Hadley Grange
•    1:30pm: The Richmond Hill Hub
