The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Brief Description of Work - The objective of this RFT, called by The Regional Municipality of York on behalf of the York Purchasing Cooperative (YPC), is to develop a “Registry” for the supply of, and/or the supply and delivery of granular Material, at fixed unit pricing per tonne, to be utilized by the Region and the Participating Agencies. Supply and Delivery of Granular Material to the Municipalities within the Regional Municipality of York
On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bids received from Central Sand & Gravel Limited, James Dick Construction, LaRue’s Haulage o/a 708944 Ontario Limited, Rice Aggregates Limited and Strada Aggregates Inc for Contract No. CRFT2019-10 for Supply and Delivery of Granular Material to the Municipalities within the Regional Municipality of York has been accepted, for York Region only, in the amounts of:
- Central Sand & Gravel Limited - $24,291.25
- James Dick Construction - $152,400.00
- LaRue’s Haulage o/a 708944 Ontario Limited - $31,475.00
- Rice Aggregates Limited - $456,799.05
- Strada Aggregates Inc - $4,875.00
