BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is in the process of renovation of certain areas in its head office, known as the York Region Administrative Centre, located at 17250 Yonge Street, in the Town of Newmarket which opened in 1993. The scope of work for this Project will include the following: A. Feasibility studies for:
B. Consulting Services for renovation work to upgrade all washrooms on the ground floor, including but not limited to preparation of the construction documents, contract administration, close out and commissioning. Proponents are invited to attend an Information Meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 commencing at 3:00 PM at the York Region Administrative Center located at 17250 Yonge Street in Newmarket. All proponents are to meet behind elevator one on the ground floor. Attendance at the Information Meeting is recommended but All Queries regarding the RFP documents shall be directed to Ivy Ho, Senior Purchasing Analyst, Procurement Office Tel: 1-877-464-9675 ext. 71648 ivy.ho@york.ca. Bruce Stratton Architects for Contract No. P-18-153 for Architectural and Engineering Services for Ground Floor Washroom Renovations and Feasibility Studies to Refresh Public Areas and Corridor on the Ground Floor at the York Region Administration Centre, Newmarket has been accepted in the amount of $126,400.00, excluding HST.
