The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Construction services for Thornhill Green - Parking Garage, Ramp and Deck Rehabilitation located at 61-5 Inverlochy Boulevard, Thornhill, Ontario. . The work involves, but is not limited to: Parking Garage and Lot Remediation and Retaining wall replacement. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $75,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are included as Appendices D and E. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: The Region's representatives will not be responding to Bidder's questions at the site visit. All questions must be submitted through the Bidding Website, as per instructions below. Any information received at the site visit is considered informal and shall not form part of the RFTC bid document unless issued via Addenda. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
