The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Brief Description of Work - Scheduled, unscheduled and emergency maintenance of selected trees within and adjacent to the Regional road allowance and Region owned properties. Meeting: Virtual bidder's meeting. November 2, 2022 at 2pm. Please state the bid number when inquiring about this Request for Proposal. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The form of Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region is attached as Schedule E. The Undertaking to Bond shall be from an insurance or surety company licensed under the Insurance Act, RSO 1990, C. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from W. M Weller Tree Service Ltd No. RFT-643-22 - Emergency, Hazard, and Mature Tree Maintenance has been accepted in the amount of $1,067,127.95, excluding HST.
Term of Contract: - Three years and includes an option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms
