March 10, 2022 Re: Award of Contract No. RFT-411-21 Dental Supplies for Child/Youth Dental and Seniors Dental Programs On behalf of the Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise you that the contract for RFT-411-21 has been cancelled. The Region will be reissuing the tender for Dental Supplies for Child/Youth Dental and Seniors Dental Programs. All bid takers will be advised when the new tender is released. The Region would like to thank you for your bid and invites you to consult the Region’s Bids and Tender website at http://bids.york.ca for further bid opportunities. Sincerely, The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The Regional Municipality of York is purchasing dental clinic supplies for both the Children and Youth Dental Program and Seniors Dental Program.
