On behalf of the Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise you that the bid for RFP-1208-23 has been cancelled. The Region will be reissuing the RFP. All bid takers will be advised when the new RFP is released. The Region would like to thank you for your bid and invites you to consult the Region’s Bids and Tender website at http://bids.york.ca for further bid opportunities. Sincerely, The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is currently seeking a consultant to help amend its current Affordable Housing Design Objectives and Considerations document (Appendix E) to streamline future development expectations for new builds and retrofits. Due to scale and public-facing nature of this document, the Region is specifically requesting proposals from consultants that can demonstrate prior successful project work of similar scale and complexity.
