Project Management Services (Part A) The Proponent’s Project Management Team (Primary Consultant) shall demonstrate experience in the management of pilot-scale water treatment studies from design through to installation, operation and analysis. This experience should clearly demonstrate expertise in managing technical teams and contractors in the design, installation and operation of pilot-scale treatment plants. Technical Services (Part B) The Proponent’s Technical Services Team shall demonstrate extensive experience in the planning, design and execution of pilot-scale water treatment studies. This experience should clearly demonstrate expertise in study design as well as engineering of the physical pilot plant, including the production of detailed design drawings, technical specifications and contract documents. Pilot Plant Supply and Installation Services (Part C) It is anticipated that the Primary Consultant may directly retain one or more firms to supply and install a pilot-scale treatment plant at the Schomberg WTP. Please note the time and date of the Proponent Information Meeting has changed to March 19th, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. (local time). The meeting will still be located at 380 Bayview Parkway, Newmarket.
