The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. DESCRIPTION: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply of commercial floor mat rental services for several Housing York Inc. properties. A general, and not necessarily complete or exact description of the Work is as follows:
DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Executive Mat Service Ltd. for Contract No. T-21-37 for Floor Mats Rental Service has been accepted in the amount of $83,949.60 excluding HST, for a contract term of 3 years up to two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each on the same terms and conditions set out in the Contract.
