BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Prequalifications (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Region to prospective respondents to establish a list of prequalified General Contractors who are eligible to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of General Contractors for Emergency Repairs to Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in York Region. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents. MEETING: N/A QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
