BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:. Professional services for Microsoft Endpoint Management Solutions for the Region’s Information Technology Services (“ITS”) division. This RFP is not directed at one specific project. The Region intends to award a contract to one firm to call upon from time to time, depending on the Region’s needs, for professional services related to existing on-premises Microsoft Configuration Manager and cloud-based Microsoft Intune (“Intune”), as well as other Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory (“AD”) integrations, on an as needed basis
