BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - an update of York Region's Infrastructure Asset Management (IAM) Water and Waste Replacement Cost Models, development of a full lifecycle cost model for the Region's water and wastewater infrastructure, and cost estimation of infrastructure identified in the 2021 Master Plan update servicing strategies.
