BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, culvert removal and replacement at the following locations in the Region of York - Metro Road, 35.5 m east of Christidis Drive in the Town of Georgina, Metro Road, 40.5 m east of Christidis Drive in the Town of Georgina, Weir’s Sideroad, 1150 m north of Ravenshoe Road in the Town of Georgina, Weston Road, 178 m north of Kirby Road in the City of Vaughan and 16th Avenue, 398 m east of Reesor Road in the City of Markham. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any bids received from bidders who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $75,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.
