The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-274-21: • Coco Paving Inc. • Graham Bros. Construction Limited • Dufferin Construction Company, A division of CRH Canada Group Inc. • Four Seasons Site Development Ltd. • Fermar Paving Limited • Dagmar Construction Inc. • Brennan Paving & Construction Ltd. • Grascan Construction Ltd. Bidders intending to submit a Bid must be one of the contractors pre-qualified under Request for Qualification No. RFPQ-274-21 as listed above. Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work includes, but is not limited to roadway resurfacing, traffic signal improvements, installation of active transportation facilities and storm sewer replacement on Major Mackenzie Drive from Jane Street to approximately 250 m east of McNaughton Road in the City of Vaughan; streetscaping improvements, installation of active transportation facilities, traffic signal improvements, storm sewer replacement and roadway widening and reconstruction on Major Mackenzie Drive from approximately 250 m east of McNaughton Road to approximately 250 m east of Keele Street in the City of Vaughan; and watermain replacement on Keele Street from approximately 150 m south of Major Mackenzie Drive to approximately 50 m north of Major Mackenzie Drive in the City of Vaughan. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. MEETING: A Bidder's Information Meeting will be held on August 9, 2022, starting at 1:00 pm EST.
