HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for King City Wells 3 and 4 Reinstatement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). As defined in Section A 18.4.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A), the successful Consultant shall retain one of the following pre-qualified On-Site and Excess Soil Management Qualified Persons, under RFPQ-407-21, as a Subconsultant to perform the Qualified Person scope of work in compliance with Ontario Regulation 406/19 for On-site and Excess Soil Management: SITE VISIT / MEETING: For details regarding the site visit / information meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below.
