ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website , HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids for the Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the Keswick West Park Heights Standpipe and Re-Chlorination Facility Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). MEETING: A non-mandatory Bidder's site meeting will be held at 65 West Park Heights, Keswick on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 commencing at 10:00 a.m.. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: For the Project, the Consultant shall retain one of the following pre‐qualified On‐Site and Excess Soil Management Qualified Persons, under RFPQ‐407‐21, as a Subconsultant to perform the Qualified Person scope of work in compliance with Ontario Regulation 406/19 for On‐site and Excess Soil Management:
