The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Housing York Inc.(HYI) is inviting Tenders from interested and qualified Consulting firms to compile a Designated Substance Survey (DSS) for each of their Facilities as listed. Supply all labour, materials and equipment to conduct designated substance surveys (DSS) for Properties in HYI’s housing portfolio in accordance with all applicable legislation and regulations, including but not limited to, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), as amended or replaced from time to time, and Ontario Regulation 490/09, as further described in this RFT.
