DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The intent of this project is to acquire annual snow/ice/leaf free, true colour RGB, digital orthophotography at a Ground Sample Distance of maximum 10 cm and a horizontal and vertical absolute accuracy of ±0.5 metres. The area of interest is the entire York Region with a 2 km buffer and the City of Barrie area as defined in the RFP document. The goal is to acquire accurate, high resolution imagery, consistent with the alignment of the Region’s existing geospatial information.
