BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, and transportation for janitorial services at various Housing York Inc. locations across the areas of the Region. BIDDER'S INFORMATION MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a virtual Information Meeting to be held on the date, time and place as set out in the “Meeting Details” section below. Attendance at the Information Meeting is recommended but is not mandatory. BID DEPOSIT: Bidders must submit a bid deposit in the amount(s) specified in Section 1.14 of the RFT for the Property Group(s) the Bidder is submitting a Bid for when submitting their Bid. Bid Deposits must be submitted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer following account information in Section 1.14. Bids received that do not include a bid deposit in a form acceptable to the Region shall be deemed non-compliant and shall be rejected. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
