The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. 


BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The intent of this RFI is to solicit information, determine the level of market interest and promote competition while affording firms the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to the Region in an informal and non-binding setting on the polymer treatability testing of secondary sludge at Keswick Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). 

 

This information may, in the future, be used to inform the Region’s subsequent preparation of a future procurement process.
