August 27, 2018 Re: Cancellation of Contract No.: P‐18‐207 Professional Services for Strategic Implementation Planning of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Solution On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that RFP No. P‐18‐207 for Professional Services for Strategic Implementation Planning of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Solution has been cancelled. Sincerely, Sarah Power Senior Purchasing Analyst Procurement Office BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work includes, but is not limited to, providing professional services to develop a five (5) year Strategic Implementation Plan for the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution that will include measurable goals to guide the direction, priorities and outcomes of the organization. The delivered strategy should position York Region’s Information Technology Services (ITS) branch well for the ITSM solution implementation.
