Re: Award of Contract No. RFT-360-21 Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies
On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the following bids received for Contract No. RFT-360-21 for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies has been accepted:
1) Particeps Medical Solution for Part A and I in the amount of $625,881.40 excluding HST.
2) Ferno Canada for Part B in the amount of $39,206.80 excluding HST.
3) Medical Pharmacies Group Limited for Part C, D and G in the amount of $186,930.80 excluding HST.
4) Allied Medical Instruments for Part E in the amount of $849,422.63 excluding HST.
5) 9195-6664 Quebec Inc. for Part F in the amount of $70,064.40 excluding HST.
6) RONCO Disposable Products Ltd. for Part H in the amount of $159,320.00 excluding HST.
Contract Term: Two (2) Years with three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
