The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this RFP. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Region is inviting proposals from qualified Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) Software. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and delivery of an Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) on-premises software. Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button. Re: Award of Contract No. RFP-533-22 Advanced Traffic Management System Software
On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from IBI Group Professional Services (Canada) Inc. for Contract No. RFP853-22 for Advanced Traffic Management System Software has been accepted in the amount of $1,123,285.00, excluding HST, for a contract term of five years.
