The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – A general and not necessarily complete or exact description of the work is as follows: The Work includes, but is not limited to, restoration of properties and gardens, litter pickup and maintenance of existing properties and gardens. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $75,000.00 in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer.
