Description: 

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The objective of this project is to perform Building Condition Assessment (BCA) on the Facilities listed in Appendix F - List of Regional Facilities. For complete bid details, refer to Bid Documents for details.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mandatory Technical Requirements outlined in Section D.1 of Appendix A. The Proponent shall indicate compliance with Mandatory Technical Requirements by completing the YES/NO column in Step 2, Specification - Mandatory Technical Requirements in Bidding Website and uploading the required certifications/licenses in Step 3. The proposals that do not comply with all Mandatory Technical Requirements will be rejected as a non-compliant for failure to meet the Mandatory Technical Requirement.

JOINT VENTURE OF CONSORTIUM: Proponents structured as a joint venture or consortium shall upload a PDF file containing the documentation required In the document upload field titled “Joint Venture or Consortium Documentation” in the Documents & Bonding step.
