Brief Description: A general and not necessarily complete or exact description of the work includes year round grounds maintenance services including both summer and winter grounds services at various residential Housing York Inc. properties. The properties have been assembled into Groups A to E. A certified cheque or bank
draft in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each Group the
Bidder submits a Bid for is required when submitting their Bid. The cheque or
bank draft should be made payable to Housing York Inc. In lieu of a certified
cheque or bank draft, Bidders may submit a Letter of Credit in the approved
form attached hereto as Schedule E (Letter of Credit).

Re: Award of Contract No. T-18-107 - Summer/Winter Grounds Maintenance for Housing York Inc. Properties
On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bids received from Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc., Partners Snow Ice Solutions and 2411221 Ontario Inc. o/a CDK Landscaping for Contract No. T-18-107 for Summer/Winter Grounds Maintenance for Housing York Inc. Properties have been accepted in the amounts of:
Zone A: Georgina / East Gwillimbury – Forest Ridge Landscaping in the amount of $128,213.75, excluding HST
Zone B: Newmarket / Aurora – Partners Snow Ice Solutions in the amount of $138,700, excluding HST
Zone C: Markham / Stouffville – No bids were received for this zone
Zone D: Richmond Hill – 2411221 Ontario Inc. o/a CDK Landscaping in the amount of $80,960, excluding HST
Zone E: King / Nobleton / Vaughan - 2411221 Ontario Inc. o/a CDK Landscaping in the amount of $64,200, excluding HST
