have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for
Pre-Qualification No. PQ-18-250:
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Interior lighting retrofit of fluorescent lamps with LED lamps at the York Region Administrative Centre located at 1720 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket, Ontario DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in
the amount of $20,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The
forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached
as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Certificate of Recognition (CORTM) Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Dynamic Energy Services Inc. for Contract No. T-19-153 for Interior Lighting Retrofit of Fluorescent Lamps with LED Lamps at the York Region Administrative Centre located at 17250 Yonge Street, in the Town of Newmarket has been accepted in the amount of $161,966.11, excluding HST.
