BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work is for the provision of Patient Watch Security Guard Services, on an as required basis, for Newmarket Health Centre, 194 Eagle Street, Newmarket, and Maple Health Centre, 10424 Keele Street, Maple. 

MEETING:   A meeting for all potential Bidders will be held on October 14, 2022,  10:00am at Newmarket Health Centre 194 Eagle Street Newmarket, and 2:00pm Maple Health Centre 10424 Keele St Vaughan.  The Region's representatives will not be responding to Bidder's questions at the site visit.  All questions must be submitted through the Bidding Website, as per instructions below.  Any information received at the site visit is considered informal and shall not form part of the RFP bid document unless issued via Addenda. THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED ISSUED IN ADDENDUM 1 ON OCTOBER 13, 2022.

All attendees MUST confirm their attendance prior to the Bidders’ Site Meeting by emailing the Region's Purchasing Analyst, sabrina.tecca.york.ca, no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting.  Please reference “Bid # RFP-770-22 - Site Meeting Registration” in the subject line of your email.   

Only one (1) representative for each Proponent will be permitted.  The Proponent's representative must complete a COVID-19 Screening for Contractors and Vendors Form no more than 48 hours prior to attendance.   Proponents who do not comply with the above requirements will not be permitted to attend the meeting. Where the screening shows a risk of exposure or COVID-19 symptoms are present, the Purchasing Analyst will inform the attendee they will not be permitted to attend
